How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2:00pm ET ship the same business day from our New York facility. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders ship Monday.
Shipping & Returns
Every order ships exclusively from our New York facility inside the United States. We do not drop-ship, we do not use overseas warehouses, and we do not route through third-party fulfillment.
Do you ship internationally?
No. To remain fully compliant and to guarantee chain-of-custody on every vial, we ship only to addresses within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Standard USPS / UPS Ground arrives in 2–5 business days. Express options (1–2 business days) are available at checkout. Most US researchers receive their order within 3 business days of ordering.
How are peptides packaged?
All vials are packed with insulated materials and ice packs during warm months. Outer packaging is plain, unbranded, and fully tracked — no product or company name is visible on the exterior.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed the moment your label is generated, and you can also view it from your account dashboard at any time.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no cost.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is a lab-issued document that confirms the identity, purity, and mass of a specific peptide batch. It is generated by an accredited independent US laboratory using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and Mass Spectrometry.
How do I request a COA for my order?
Every order includes a digital COA matched to your exact batch — sent automatically by email when your order ships. If you need a fresh copy, email our support team with your order number and we will resend it within one business day.
Can I view a COA before purchasing?
Yes. Reference COAs for current batches are published on each product page. If you need a specific lot certificate before ordering, contact us and we will email it to you.
What purity standard do you guarantee?
We guarantee ≥ 99% purity on every peptide sold. Most of our batches test between 99.5% and 99.9% pure. If any batch falls below 99%, it is rejected and never reaches inventory.
Who performs the testing?
Testing is performed by independent, US-based accredited analytical laboratories. We never test in-house — every batch is verified by a third party with no commercial connection to us.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed the moment your label is generated, and you can also view it from your account dashboard at any time.
What is tested on each batch?
Each batch is verified for identity (mass spec), purity (HPLC peak integration), water content, and visual appearance. Reports include the chromatograph, mass spec trace, and a signed analyst summary.

How do bundle discounts work?
Discounts are automatic at checkout: 10% off any 2 vials, 15% off any 3 vials, and 20% off any 5 or more vials. Mix and match any research peptides — the discount applies across the cart.
Who can purchase from this site?

Are these products for human use?
No. All peptides are sold strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro experimentation. They are not intended for human consumption, food, drug, cosmetic, or veterinary use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All checkout is encrypted with 256-bit SSL and PCI-compliant.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We never sell or share your data. Shipments arrive in plain, unbranded outer packaging, and your billing statement reflects a discreet merchant name.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing support. After that, your order has typically already entered our pick-and-pack queue for same-day shipping.
